Mr. A F M Rezaul Hasan was born in a well-known muslim family in 12th December, 1973. He completed BA (Hon’s) MA in English from the University of Dhaka. After completing master degree he started his career in teaching in Alhaj Mockbul Hossain University College in Dhaka. Currently he is the principal of the same University College. He has more than 15 years of experience in teaching. In 2007 he obtained MBA major in HRM from City University. Apart from teaching experience Mr. Hasan has long experience in financial administration. He was appointed as an Independent Director of the company in December 2014. He is also the independent Director of Sandhani Life Insurance Company Ltd. and Purabi General Insurance Company Ltd.
Mr. Sheikh Mahfuzul Hoque, FCA
Mr. Sheikh Mahfuzul Hoque was born in a well-known muslim family in 7th October, 1972 in Dhaka. He has 20 years of experience in audit assurance, developing internal control system, compliance audit of bank, insurance and different limited companies, donor agencies and NGO’s. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). Currently he is the CFO of M & J Group. He is Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of our company.
Prof. M. A. Taslim
Prof. M. A. Taslim was born in a respectable Muslim family in Chittagong. He has long teaching experience at Dhaka University and University of New England, Australia and Australian National University. Currently, he is the Chairman of Economics Department, University of Dhaka. He worked as a member and team leader of many Ministerial Conference in Geneva, Maseru, Lesotho, Turkey and Phuket. He worked as consultant for ADB and World Bank. He also worked as member, Board of Directors, Bangladesh Bank, Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Ltd., Planning Commission, Bangladesh Better Business Forum, Expert Committee of Ministry of Finance etc.
He published a large number of Articles in international Journals. He also published several books and monographs.

Mrs. Rokeya Ahmed Chowdhury was born in May 10, 1939 in a respectable Muslim family in Dhaka District. She successfully passed the Secondary School Certificate examination in 1955. She has been engaged for a long time in various social activities. She is currently working as an adviser in a social welfare organization “Merajul Mominat”. She is the wife of Late Prof. Abu Ahmed Chowdhury, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Samorita Hospital Ltd.

Prof. S. A. M. Golam Kibria was born in 1948. He obtained MBBS degree from Sylhet Medical College in 1973 and FCPS degree in 1979. Prof. Kibria has served the Government of Bangladesh for 4 decades in various important positions in Urology department of Sylhet Medical College & Hospital, S.S.M.C. & Mitford Hospital, Dhaka Medical College & Hospital and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. During his long tenure of service he held many prestigious positions such as president of Bangladesh Association of Urological Surgeons, Editor of Bangladesh Journal of Urology, Treasurer of SAARC Urology & Nephrology society, Member of Bangladesh Medical Research Council, Life member of Bangladesh Medical Association, Chairman of Examination Committee of BCPS, Councillor of BCPS for 24 years, Member of University Grant Commission, Chairman Standing Committee of BMDC, President BCPS and syndicate member of BSMMU. Mrs. Farida Bano
Mrs. Farida Bano was born in July 19, 1951 in a respectable Muslim family in Dhaka. She completed her MA degree in 1974 from Dhaka University.
She served as a lecturer from 1974 to 1976 in the Department of English in Dhaka Fazlul Huq Women’s College.
